Return of Goods

We will repair, replace or refund (at our discretion) in the unlikely event of defective or damaged goods. No refund will be offered if you simply "change your mind" or an item was "not what you expected it to be".

Goods cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of receiving the goods and the original invoice number must be quoted. Where goods are accepted (either for replacement or refund at our discretion) they must be delivered at the buyer's expense to our depot in original condition and packaging. Where goods are returned in damaged or substandard condition additional fees maybe charged.
